@thcchic @grace_md Everyone is different so I'm not sure if this would help, but recently I felt that way, but I took some time alone and wrote everything down and read it out loud to myself. It didn't make it better entirely, but it actually helped me realize what the roots of my emotions were. Maybe it could help you too? :) ❤
