one of the many issues i have with house of the dragon is how they write their black characters. especially with the merging of rhaena and nettles characters, it felt super lazy to me like i get a major part of rhaena’s storyline is wanting to have a dragon and being a targaryen without one but her and morning were the last spark of hope for the targaryen’s and their dragons before they completely died out and she was “the last dragon rider” before dany. it was also so weird to not want to bring in another black character but they continue to add white characters…
          
          don’t even get me started on the styling of the hair and clothes. like it’s going downhill so fast and we’re only a season and a half done.

i’m watching a knight of the seven kingdoms and have a genuine question how are yall writing fanfics where the love interest is aerion???? like i cannot stand him whatsoever lmaoooo

“rhaena is the worst character” mind u there are multiple characters within hotd itself that are significantly worse than a girl who wished to prove herself… aegon is a literal serial r@p1st, aemond got multiple issues, see criston has a victim complex, the whole green council is misogynistic as fuck. don’t even get me started on game of thrones…
