          hello i had a panic attack in pe and ive only ever had a panic attack when i was 8 and i barely remember it 
          i had to do the fitness gram pacer test today but my legs started to go numb and i started to panic and as soon as i got done i couldn’t breathe right like i was hyperventilating so bad BRO EVERYONE THOUGHT I HAD ASTHMA. I DONT. they were like “DO YOU NEED YOUR INHALER??” AND I COULDNG SAY NO BC I WAS HYPERVENTILATING AND I WAS BAWLING MY EYES OUT BC I DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THERE WAS MASCARA GOING DOWN MY FACE but this one girl who’s really nice was helping me calm down like telling me to breathe slowly she was really nice
