Time goes by so fast.
That's something I realized as I looked back at the past and I hate and love it at the same time.
I hate that time goes by so fast because it feels like I'm losing all my first friends I made when I first joined Wattpad and because I'm scared of the future.
Some of you guys know, some don't, but I always had a fear of growing up, of changing. While some had always wanted to grow up faster, I always wanted time to slow down because I'm scared of every little changes made in life.
But at the same time, I love how time goes fast because some changes are beautiful and can change your perspective on certain things. Not all changes are bad—that, I realize now—and as I grew up, I had people who changed my life (in a positive way) just by stepping through the walls I built around myself.
It's like...how spring changes to summer, and summer to autumn, and autumn to winter. Every season is beautiful, yet they all have flaws just like we do and just like how changes do.
Did that make sense? If not, then I'm going to be staring at a wall at night, wondering what in the actual world was I even talking about.
