Yall, any tips on how to get more sleep? I feel so much more fatigued and tired then usual, and everything I do makes me stressed out without a cup of tea or something sugary to keep me awake. And I swear, sometimes I feel like passing out. But every day I wake up at like 10:AM-12:00AM and I just get the urge to stay awake. Also, I've been falling asleep in my classes a lot more, and just falling asleep randomly without even noticing. And I can't even stick to a schedule. Its so weird. Anyways, thanks for listening to my weird rant/sort of a vent, but not really thats just random.
