just writing this because some readers are so mean
in the past few months: my best friend’s grandpa died, i got T-boned in a car accident, and i broke my leg
if you can’t respect that i have a life outside of writing, do not read my book.
i’ve said this over and over
so if i have to continue saying this, i will take this story off of wattpad
i started this story for fun when i had extra time in the summer. i don’t have time anymore to write multiple 5000 word chapters and update 24/7
i’d like to have this story done just as much as everyone else, but i have so much on my plate and writing has to take a backseat
i’ve deleted so many comments and i’ll keep deleting them
i do all of this for free and some of y’all are acting so entitled

@suesylvestersuperfan hey so I just started the book and I'm so sorry you had to read that, some people are actually rude..btw if I also said ANYTHING at all that seemed mean or rude I'm genuinely sorry cuz sometimes my sense of humour is a little weird hehe. But also always write cuz you love it and whenever you can, take all the time you need And thank you for giving us a book that shows us not everyone is simple, the complexity of Mavis, like...even though she really annoys me lmao, I really do get her and their relationship. It's impeccable, your story, and I hope the negative comments don't discourage you and you write even more cuz I swear your book is my goddamn top 5 on this app fr. I’m so sorry that you even have to write this!! People are so selfish and insensitive. We are not entitled to your amazing writing and it sucks that people are acting like we are!! You are an amazing author but your personal life comes first always!! Please take care of yourself before this book and don’t let other people ruin this book for you it is incredible!!

I’ve never read anything like this before like the way you write about the dynamic between these two ladies is so unique and hold another level of intimacy that not many are able to capture through simple words. I’m OBSESSEDD and then Cameron’s research is just as invigorating like what is going on with the filter?? What is she gonna do with this hidden information? What can she even do and how long will it be until Mav figures out Cam has been hiding this vital information from her and the company.. curiouser and curiouser.. can’t wait to ready more!

hey superfans,
okay, i know…i vanished. again. but who’s surprised LMAO. life went absolutely off the rails for a bit and i had to handle real world chaos before i could come back to fictional chaos.
BUT. to make up for my disappearance, i just posted a 5,500 word chapter. and yes, it’s smut. a lot of it. this is my apology, my peace offering, and my formal return all in one.
thank you to everyone who waited, supported me, and didn’t act entitled while i got my life together. i see you. i appreciate you. i love you.
updates will still be a little unhinged schedule-wise because life is still life, but i’m here, i’m writing, and i’m not going anywhere.

as for chapter count, i think i’ve decided to finish this story with around 55-60 chapters. i haven’t completely decided how i want to reach the ending i have planned, but it should be somewhere around there.
