The eyes can see everything? No... It can't see emotions. Love, happiness, anger... sadness. The eye is blind to emotions, unless you feel those emotions yourself. 

You're life flashes before your eyes in your final moments for a reason. Your brain knows it's over, but it wants you to remember the unforgettable. Only the good ones though. It leaves out everything to ever haunt you. Your brain, just like everyone around you, wants you to leave happy.
