Hi I'm gonna start my weight loss journey today I plan to lose 20 pounds to be the perfect weight. My doctor said anything between 96-115 is good and I'm 136.

i’ve been mia for a while and i’m sorry about that. once i went off my diet i went completely off track. i’m sure i gained all the weight back and if not more. but that ofc won’t stop me. i will be trying again real soon. ❤️
