I’m glad you didn’t make Barbra and her rivals I always roll my eyes at stories that pin characters against each other cause of a character they like. I personally dislike it very basic and a cop-out way to get the characters together. I like their dynamic together and could totally see Barbra geeking out over her blue jay persona.  I also like the little tv/movie references you pop in, always fun seeing how you tie it in

Hello! Thanks so much for letting me know you like my story!! It’s my favorite when I hear from my readers. I sorta came up with the idea of an original character when I was like 14, and kinda started integrating her into the Team’s dynamic in fun little one shots I wrote on my phone. At first, it was Batman who saved her from the Intergang and trained her, instead of Black Canary. She wasn’t friends with Barbra either! Because they were rivals for Dick’s attention and stuff. Anyways it wasn’t until a few years later that I actually started developing a semi-plausible plot that would fit into the show’s. Some of it, like making her a Metahuman, didn’t come to mind until I was already like two years into writing the story. But the reason I chose the Intergang was because I wanted Jackie to have a nemesis-type of villain to fight through the story, and something to kind of spice up the plot when it came to her moral choices. That, and the Intergang is already in a few episodes of Young Justice too! 

Thank you so much! And don’t worry, I wasn’t going to forget about Lawrence. I was going to mention him later, but because this bothers you so much, I decided to go back to chapter 40, “Boy wonder can dance?” And fix it up a little bit. I hope this puts your mind at ease. 

I’m doing great, thanks for asking! The next chapter is sorta chunkier then the rest so that’s why it’s taking a bit longer to edit, but I’m expecting to release it soon!

I've been doing great, I was just on a cruise last week so I didn't have service, and I didn't update for a while because I was working on two big chapters that I wanted to release at the same time. It really does mean a lot that you messaged me! I'm glad you're enjoying my story- literally nothing makes me happier then when people tell me they like what I write. I hope you're doing good as well!
