Honey Pie is honestly one of my favourite Beatles songs, there’s just something about it I love <3
          
          But then again, I love all the whimsical Paul McCartney songs (Your Mother Should Know has always been a favourite too!) ❤️

@sweet_painted_lady I love Honey Pie too... There is a certain charm to it, and it's really interesting musically <3 
            It tells a story like a movie at the beginning and continues during the tune!
            
            Paul doing music hall songs are great, even if John called it "granny music." I'm not sure Seaside Rendezvous, Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon and Good Company would be quite the same (maybe just similar to the music of that era) without Honey Pie, Your Mother Should Know and When I'm Sixty-Four (which Good Company is VERY much alike)

Sorry I haven’t been updating/chatting on here like I was! I won’t lie, I was SO burned out after my exams - it was only when we were in Norfolk for two weeks (we came home on Monday!) that my creative juices even came back XD

@sweet_painted_lady oh wow, yeah, that's exactly what I mean! It is pretty impressive how inspiring it can be on vacation. 
            
            It's so true, the neurodivergent art (whether it's drawing, music, writing, etc) making is super powerful. My friend and I just basically bounce creative ideas off each other but in a good way, it's basically like doing the improv game "yes, and"  but with ideas of what to do XD (like singing or dressing up, etc)

@BrianBadgerMay oh definitely! My latest fic was written on the first day, then on the last two days, and then in the days following us coming home - I don’t think I’ve been that efficient in MONTHS (and if we weren’t going out in the day all the time my efficiency would’ve probably doubled) XD
            
            My best friend who I’ve written a few things with is also neurodivergent and without her creative juices those fics would NOT be finished XD we can be a pretty creative bunch if I do say so myself! :3

@sweet_painted_lady burnout is real XD Going on holiday helps and being around other creative people helps too! (Also neurodiverse people are usually pretty creative - two of my best friends are and they're SO creative)
