Did I ever tell you I have severe paranoia? Not just normal anxiety but the chronic disorder. I genuinely have been scared of my own shadows several times. And I get shivers when someone is behind me. Like even if I know they are. Like if someone asks me to turn around, away from them for a surprise or something. Even if I know what will come, I will shake. It gets so bad to the point, I have zero trust issues. Like I accuse people of lying or being sarcastic cuz I can't believe anyone or anything, not even myself. I am scared of myself T-T I need professional help T-T God, I need to find a good therapist T-T
