My name is Tamia I'm a writer I've written since 7 years old I wrote a story about a lady having hiv leaving behind her daughter and family being scared of what people will think n after the play my dad told me my aunt died from hiv n I wrote a story about it unknowingly he said I had a gift I brought the idea to my cousin and sister and convinced them to  act it out with me it was filmed as a home video and my family were so impressed every year I got journals for Christmas n birthdays it's all I really wanted and once I won a writing contest because a student leaked my work without my knowledge but I needed the push and it was amazing writing is a gift I should explore more .my passion for writing came about from trauma in my personal life I would turn all my life situation into stories or write about what I would actually want my life to.be or my situation each character has a piece of me so it's easy to write I've always been shy and critical of my work so I pray you all enjoy my work n my stories I was old fashioned for a bit writing in journals but this is much easier. My goal is for my reader to connect and enjoy my work and push me to write more and eventually take it seriously otherwise I'm just making stories. As a hobby and that's ok to. I also look forward to reading tons of new books .
