What strangers think of her: she stays indoors, must be a loser. She has spots and is completely natural, she's ugly. She has no thigh gap and her belly's not completely flat, she's fat. She walks around with tears down her face and cuts and bruises covering her body, she's attention seeking. 

What her friends and family think of her: she's always on her phone or laptop, she's unsociable. She's always hiding away in her room, she's boring and doesn't have time for her family or friends. She argues back and snaps at times, she's just rude and a waste of space. She's starves herself and cuts herself, she's just a mental person who needs locking up.
 
Who she really is: she stays inside because she has nobody to go see, no other relatives and she has no friends. She has spots and is natural, she actually can't afford make-up, her families super poor. She has no thigh gap and no flat belly, shes on steroids for a horrible life threatening medical disorder. She has tears in her eyes and walks around with cuts and bruises, bullies beat her up daily for breathing so she cuts because its the only way she knows how. She's on her phone a lot searching ways to try "cure herself" like the bullies asked her to, she hides away in her room because she doesn't want to hurt her family by letting them see how damaged and in pain she is. She argues back and snaps sometimes, she's at her breaking point and is trying to stick up for herself for once. She starves herself and cuts, not for attention or because she needs locking up, but because everybody on this god dam planet tells her how fat and ugly and horrible she is and she doesn't know how to take it anymore. SHES ONLY HUMAN!
