I was late on my farewell because I was busy on the first but this is for real. I bid you all adieu and thank you all so much for the amazing memories. I love you all.

Dear Wattpad,
          
          This is a farewell. I am leaving for good and I’m not coming back. No, I will not be with another, for I am using the time I wasted with you to find myself. I need to take time to be with family, and be “out there” instead of burying my head in a blue-light screen writing fanfiction.
          
          I am growing, obviously, as time moves upon the earth, and I also need room to grow. I regret the things I’ve done and the words I’ve said while I was with you. Being away from you puts a weight off my mind, and I can focus on other matters, especially my education. Hopefully, we can meet again and get acquainted like friends, but now I must leave to think of my future.
          
          Yes, you were an escape, but lately, I’ve felt like the weight of guilt that the raunchy and sexual tales I’ve been reading grew until it made me feel bad. And I hated that feeling. I’m still trying to abstain from that and it’s going by okay.
          
          But, I’m growing, like I said before. I need to leave my childish fantasies and mature. I’ll return to it when I need it. But I pray you understand and forgive. To those who will be sad and cry, don’t. Cherish the moments you have with those you meet and don’t forget it.
          
          Yes, I am tempted to return, but I’m trying to stay away, and it’s working. On August 1st, 2022, I will sign off the account and we can finally go our separate ways. I still think of you from time to time and I just want to say…thank you for the best memories.
