Everything I've ever heard about learning how to be a really good writer is to read a lot, but I don't like most books. Here are a few that I did like: We are the ants, before I fall, the entire Harry Potter series, matched (but none of the sequels), divergent (but none of the sequels, they just fell apart and insurgent was dreadful), wonder, the book theif, the boy in the striped pajamas, becoming human (on wattpad), no Shakespeare play ever those were the worst you can't understand what they're saying until hours later who thought that he should be a famous writer?, the curious incident of the dog in the night-time, the boy on the top of the mountain, nothing by John Steinbeck (he doesn't make any sense either), no poetry (doesn't make sense), none of that weird symbolism bullshit, series of unfortunate events, and if I stay (because the main character and I have the same name).
