          Instead of taking care of ourselves, we hide the fact that we are struggling. In fact, we become so good at hiding the truth from others, we even start fooling ourselves that feeling this way is normal. We start to believe that we are supposed to carry the world by ourselves. We believe that it is okay for others to have problems but not ourselves.  We believe that we have to remain strong in order to protect and help those around us.
          
          But, that's not true. You are allowed to break down and cry. You are allowed to not be the one holding everything and everyone together.  You are allowed to feel bad. But you should not have to face it alone. 
          
          This is why we'd like to introduce you to CLN Helpline and CLN's Serendipity. The CLN helpline and CLN’s Serendipity Helpline are peer-run helplines. Our staff are volunteers who have experienced different things in their own lives and know what it’s like to be in your shoes. We're here to offer you support around the clock. Do not struggle alone. A figure was spotted, sprawled over the coffee stained couch. They hadn't slept for days. How could they when Netflix released a new series everyday! But then something caught their eyes, a flicker of excitement ran through their brain (which was yearning for sleep by the way), ahh something as crazy as their leftover two braincells. 
          
          A community. They clicked and filled out the application form, unaware of what to expect. A notification shook them out of their thoughts, someone had replied. 
          
          Today, they are part of the craziest, the coffee and water hogging community. They became part of family where they could pursue their hobbies while one of the founder's leaked wet paint onto their head and tripped them into a world, where crazy is the normal and where you WILL fit in no matter who you are (I mean it, we have Martians, unicorns, dranicorns, centaurs, cookie mamas, waffles etc). Where there are so many places and groups you can be a part of, people from all over the world along with different ethnicities!
