This is a story about love between childhood friends that started, ended and began again over the years. 

Trixie and Lucas met when they were 8 years old, and became the best of friends. When they turned 16, they fell in love. The only problem was Lucas is arranged to be married to Sarah, the daughter of their family's longest business partner. As Lucas and Trixie's love for each other grew, his parents decided to support their son in the bid to get out of the arranged marriage.  All was well. He was about to tell Trixie. However, out of nowhere, she broke up with him. The only explanation he got was that Trixie had fallen out of love, and wanted to see other people. Lucas was devastated. In order to heal, he moved to New York. There, he started a new life and reconnected with Sarah. Now, after two (2) years, Lucas is back and crosses paths with Trixie again. Will their reunion lead to a reconciliation? Will Lucas finally find out the truth? Will they get past all the pain and anger, and get back together? Who knows? But it doesn't hurt to hope.
