Hi guys!!! So, some updates on my current story i’m working on. I can’t tell if you guys like it, or want me to keep writing it. And also, is my writing good? I know that’s blunt but I can’t really figure out a better way to ask. Please answer honestly, and if not, give me some critiques please?
@tiltedgrave@tiltedgrave AHhhh youre welcome :D Im always here to help a fellow writer. And try not to beat yourself up over this, a lot of writing has awkward pacing at times but it just takes practice! I usually map out what the main points are gonna be then write with that making sure to leave space in the actual writing to make it feel more normal (I say that as my most recent fanfic Im working on Im just winging ahah) but its all up to you what you do. Good luck btw :D
@tiltedgrave I personally really like it! I am no pro writer but my main critique is that the pacing seems a bit off. It all seems to go by so fast not letting room for just some background time. Even if that just seems a bit like filler, it can give some more backstory on characters or show how others act around each other and stuff, a bit of that was shown with the Sleepy Boys Inc which I do think is good but I feel moving forward to also remember to not push the story along too fast making it harder to process everything at once so both the reader and the charters have time to react before something big happens once again. But remember to make the story how you want and this is being a bit nitpicky and you don't need to follow this advice. Sorry this was so long ahah
