I just wanted to remind everyone that I am still here. Still floundering around in my story-filled head.

I have gone back and cleaned up Ch 8 Pt 1 & Pt 2 of being his slave, as I felt they were too graphic in nature and it just didn’t sit right with me as a writer. I am still working on a few more chapters that need to be edited for graphic content, but I’ll let you guys know which ones they are once I’m done and the update is posted. 
          The updated version of being his slave is posted over on Inkitt, along with the original version as well! Inkitt is free to join, so please give it a visit and look around. 

Ch 26 is posted in its full, edited entirety over on Inkitt! Is my editing perfect? No, absolutely not. I struggled so hard with this chapter because well, I don’t know, honestly. Adding this part, it was too much. Taking this part away, it needed it back plus extra. It came out to be just a little over 11k words, so definitely a longer chapter. 
          I hope you guys like it, because this chapter really kicked my ass. And now that it’s done, I feel like, WHY was this chapter kicking my ass?!
          Anywho, it’s posted, I hope you guys like it, hope it makes sense, hope it makes up for these last few months of my MIA session. 

Ch 26 is currently at 10.9k words. I have at most two or three more tweaks to make and it’ll be post-ready. This chapter, along with this season of Life, have really kicked my ass. 
          I apologize for going MIA.. again. I hope you guys know how much it means to me. Anyone who added my book to their reading list, who followed me, who liked/reacted/commented on my chapters, I say thank you. I hope you’re enjoying it. 

Would anyone be interested in reading the original Life’s Empty Hollow story if I posted it over on Inkitt? I plan to rewrite that story as well in the future, but for nostalgia reasons, I want to see if anyone would like to read that. 

I just posted a quick unedited preview of Ch 26. The first scene, basically, nearly 2k words. I didn’t want to spoil too much of the chapter before it’s finished. But you guys deserve something because it’s not your fault my life is going horribly sideways right now. 
          I hope that now since I’m nearly over this sickness, I can get back to writing. And again, thank you guys for sticking with me through rough and smooth seas. It really does mean the universe to me. 

Quick Update: Ch 26 is at 8.5k words right now. I managed to get some writing done last night before I fell asleep. Hoping to have it done within a few days, depending on how the next few nights go. 

Hello my lovely monsters. It’s been rough going on two weeks now. My youngest is a sleep walker, who also sleep cries while sleep walking. It’s been rough on my husband and myself as we’re getting minimal sleep. We used to have him on melatonin (per doctor’s recommendation), but we took him off about 6 months ago because we didn’t want him to become too dependent on it so young. Now we’re back to stage one again. 
          That is the main reason I haven’t been writing. I end up too exhausted during the day, and at night it’s a whole different ballgame. I’ve been trying to get this chapter done, but I don’t get very far before I doze off or zone out. 
          Just wanted you guys to know that I’m still here, though I have no updates or a chapter to post. Just struggles 

Hi guys. Sorry I’ve been MIA. First, my period cramps were horrendous, and then two nights ago I had a problem with my wrist. Ended up crying myself to sleep from the pain. My wrist is doing better now, though the period cramps are still lingering. 
          I’m hoping to get Ch 26 done today, possibly tomorrow. Word count currently is 8,131. I’ve got to finish the end of it, and then editing and proofing before it’ll be ready to post. (At least, that’s what I’m thinking as of right now)
          And again, thank you guys for sticking by me through this journey. I know I’ve been on Inkitt for a whole year now! As far as first years go, this one has been one for the books. I don’t have a lot of faith in myself, at times, but I just want to be an example for my children and anyone else who is struggling to follow their dreams. 
          We may lose our way, but the path is always waiting for us. Don’t give up on yourself, or your dreams. You never know when the world may need you to help make it a better place.
