@iownn72cats thank you for your answer. that's one brilliant method that's never crossed my mind... ive heard about it being ployed through sports and habits, but never through a thing so simple as that you've mentioned. looks worth the shot, perhaps ill put my mind into it someday.

I just...I don't know..I started doing this thing where I send a lot of stuff I like to myself in any social media so now whenever I like something, the first person I think of sending it to is myself and that has somehow made me fall in love with myself more, probably not the answer you were expecting, unfortunately the only one I can think of rn.
