they looked away from the mammal to instead look towards effy.  his eyes were still narrowed in suspension.  "I am unsure  ..  but it is unnatural for something to be that cute."

a look at the bunny  ,       then at ilya  ,        then to the bunny  ,         then to ilya once more  .         “  like what  ?       she's just a bunny  ..        „

effy nodded  ,         shifting to have his head on it's shoulder  .         “  i'm not getting up for a while  ,         maybe not even ever  ...         „          he sighed before nuzzling his nose to the other's neck  ,          beyond comfortable at the moment  .          he'd rather ilya never get up so they could stay like this  .

ilya felt a silent wave of fondness spread through him.  it should probably argue  ,  try to convince effy to get up  ,  but  ..  he couldn't bring himself to.  "  ..  I suppose staying here wouldn't cause any harm."

effy paused  ,         having to think about it  .         he never really thought of that before  ...         still kind of getting used to having someone else that would probably need to know ilya and trust in him  .         “  i suppose we could wait until a colder day  .          i don't exactly know what that would be though  ...        'm sorry for not thinking of that  !        „

"and it has to be done today?"  why couldn't they wait?  ilya was still trying to get to know val.  an outing would be a perfect opportunity  ,  would it not?  why did it have to happen on a day it couldn't join?  did they  ..  secretly not want ilya there?  worry coursed through him at the thought.

² |  misc.
            
            ९໑  black hair  ,  green eyes  ,  pale skin.  their skin is abnormally pale and they're always freezing to the touch.  ice lives within it's body  &  these are some of the side effects.
            
            ९໑  he likes to cook.  it always helped out the kitchen staff  ,  even when they tried to bribe him into leaving.
            
            ९໑  he has a formal way of speech. 
            
            ९໑  I like to think no one bats an eye at them  ,  other than a judgmental stare.  people probably assumed he's just a guy with a crude fashion sense.
            
            ९໑  hates the heat.  he WILL burn if they stay in it too long.  too long being like  ..  ten minutes.  during hotter days  ,  it's safer for them to carry around an umbrella.
            
            ९໑  shorter in his first form  ,  standing at a solid 5'8.  when in their second form they're a little over 7'0.  it's still growing!
            
            ९໑  he can purr.  give him enough attention and you'll get to hear it.

            ९໑  ilya's the definition of depressed at this point.  he can't function correctly  ,  hardly takes care of himself.  it's mind is focused on nothing other than finding effy.
            
            ९໑  he gave up his title as heir to the throne to be able to look for effy.  he's still a prince  ,  but they're no longer in the running to be the king.
            
            ९໑  ilya has four younger siblings.
            
            ९໑  they shy away from touch now.  actively avoids it as if it'll hurt him.  even if it was effy  ,  he'd move away.  he's scared of forming another bond and being left again.
            
            ९໑  there's a hole in his chest from where he ripped out his heart.  literally.  if they removed their shirt you would be able to see through their chest.
            
            ९໑  it's heart can grow back!  if they form a new bond   (  rare  ,  considering their minds are programmed to only ever accept one person.  ilya has always been different though  ,  so it's definitely a possibility  )   then it'll quite literally heal his heart over time.
            
            ९໑  a skull rests upon his head  —  it's their form of a crown  ,  belonging to a deceased member from their lineage.  it's seen as an honor to be able to wear it.
            
            ९໑  ilya has the ability to control ice in just about any way they please.
            
            ९໑  it'd love music.  someone show him a piano or violin.  he'll fall in love.
            
            ९໑  earth confuses them.  a lot.
            
            ९໑  he has two different forms!  one kind of resembling a human  ,  other than his royal markings on his face  ,  and their shrunk down horns hidden by his hair.  their other form has elongated horns   (  over a foot long  )   and black  ,  feathered wings.  talons  ,  fangs  ,  and it's sclera turns black.

² |  effy had left  —  had gone off to continue his adventure.  had   /  left  /   ilya behind with a heart that burned and a mind that screamed. 
            
            gruesomely so  ,  tulnukas could only end the pain by ripping their own heart out.  the action would not kill them  —  they harbored four different hearts.  the one within their chest controlled emotions  ,  allowed them to control and freely feel them.
            
            without it ,  tulnukas turned crazed.  either endlessly blaming themselves for what they had lost  ,  or obsessively trying to fix the broken bond.
            
            ilya had taken on the second.  it's mind filled with nothing other than finding effy and getting him back.  of making him explain why ilya hadn't been good enough  ,  what he had done wrong.  he needed to know   —  he wanted effy back.  there was nothing he wouldn't do to get both of those.
