          	She wanted to disappear.

She was eighteen when they finally said it.

          "Your brothers would be better off without you, Sienna."

          Her heart stopped.

          "You bring them nothing but stress."

          "You cause them nothing but trouble."

          "You're nothing but a burden."

          "Why don’t you just end it?"

          Sienna’s chest ached.

          Her hands shook.

          She thought they loved her.

          She thought they were making her better.

          She had done everything they told her to do.

          She had broken herself into pieces trying to be enough.

          And it still wasn’t fucking enough.

          That night, she stole Enzo’s gun.

          She locked herself in the bathroom.

          She stared at herself in the mirror.

          Her ribs poked through her skin.

          Her eyes were empty.

          Her arms were covered in bruises from every fall, every collapse, every time she trained past her limits.

          She didn’t recognize the girl in front of her.

          She was nothing.

          She didn’t deserve to live.

          Her finger hovered over the trigger.

          One pull.

          That’s all it would take.

          And then...

          Laughter.

          Down the hall.

          Her brothers.

          Alive.

          Happy.

          Without knowing, her body moved.

          She put the gun down.

          She stepped out of the bathroom.

          She walked straight into the living room and sat with them like nothing had happened.

          Like she hadn’t almost pulled the fucking trigger.

          Like she wasn’t shattered inside.

          And now...now—

          She was back there.

          Stuck.

          Frozen in time.

          The mirror in front of her.

          The voices echoing in her skull.

          Her hands trembling.

          Her chest aching.

          The gun...

          A deep voice cut through the fog.

          "Sienna."

          .

Then came the next lesson.

          She was sixteen.

          Sitting with them again, hands folded in her lap like a perfect, obedient little girl.

          "You can’t let your brothers see you like this."

          "You can’t show them your weakness."

          "What do you think they say about you behind your back?"

          "That you’re pathetic? That you’re an embarrassment? That they have to babysit you every time you collapse?"

          Her chest tightened.

          She’d seen the looks. The concern. The frustration.

          Her brothers never said those things.

          But what if they thought them?

          What if they were too nice to say it out loud?

          "If you feel an episode coming, leave the room. Hide it. No one wants to deal with a burden."

          So she did.

          She ran away every time she felt the dizziness creep up.

          She collapsed alone, hidden, silent.

          She hated herself for it.

          But she did it.

          And still—it wasn’t enough.

          Then she was seventeen.

          They sat her down, voices soft, gentle.

          "You talk too much."

          "Boys don’t like loud girls."

          "You need to learn your place. Speak when you’re spoken to. Keep your opinions to yourself. Be agreeable, be sweet. Otherwise, no one will ever want you."

          Sienna had always been fiery, always challenged her brothers, always wanted to be heard.

          But she wanted to be loved more.

          So she bit her tongue.

          She stopped arguing.

          She stopped speaking up.

          She became small.

          And the worst part?

          She thought she was finally getting better.

          She thought she was becoming someone worthy.

          But they weren’t done.

          They would never be done.

          SNEEK PEAK MY BOOTY CHEEKIESSSSSSS

          'A Trip Down Trauma Lane.'

          ~~~Sienna's POV~~~
          She wasn't there anymore.
          Not in Matteo’s office.
          Not in her body.
          Not in the present.
          She was drowning, sinking into a place she never wanted to go back to.
          She was thirteen.
          Alone.
          Vulnerable.
          Desperate for love.
          Her aunts sat her down in front of that huge, ornate mirror in their dressing room. They looked so perfect. So elegant. They smelled like wealth and power. Their cold hands ran through her tangled curls, pretending to care, pretending to fix her.
          "You want to be like your brothers, don’t you?" one cooed, adjusting her diamond bracelet.
          "You want them to love you?" another asked, powdering her nose, pinching her cheeks.
          "Then you need to be strong. Strong like them."
          "You’re overweight, Sienna. Your brothers will never respect a sister who can’t even respect her own body."
          Her breath hitched.
          "You eat too much."
          "You don’t train hard enough."
          "No wonder they treat you like a burden."
          Sienna’s stomach churned, shame wrapping around her throat like a noose. She wanted to be strong. She wanted them to love her.
          "No more breakfast. No more lunch. You train. You work until you collapse. Then you get back up and do it again."
          "No one will respect a weak little girl who passes out all the time."
          "Suck it up."
          Sienna believed them.
          She woke up earlier than her brothers, pushed her body until it gave out, forced herself to stay upright when the dizziness hit, ignored the black spots in her vision.
          She stopped eating.
          Her stomach ached constantly.
          But when she looked in the mirror, she didn’t see results.
          She only saw failure.
