Hey everyone,
          
          I know! I KNOW! It’s been weeks since I last updated and I’m genuinely so sorry. I know some of you have been waiting very patiently for an update. There’s actually another reason I’m taking a little more time now.
          
          I recently came across Wattpad’s updated Content Guidelines and I’m honestly a little concerned about whether some aspects of this book (including things that have already been published) fully comply with the current guidelines. I really don’t want this story to be taken down because of something I misunderstood or failed to check properly.
          
          So before I continue with the next part, I want to go back through the story, look carefully at the guidelines and get clarification about some of the content I’ve already posted as well as the direction of the upcoming chapters.
          
          This means the next update might take a little longer than I originally hoped. I know that’s probably not the news you wanted after waiting this long and I’m really sorry for making you wait even longer.
          
          But I promise I’m not abandoning the book.
          
          I care about this story and about the people who have stuck around and waited for it. I’d rather take a little extra time to make sure I can continue the story responsibly than rush an update and potentially put the whole book at risk.
          
          Thank you so so so much for your patience and for still being here. Your comments and votes genuinely mean a lot to me.
          
          I’ll update you when I know more. Until then, please bear with me a little longer. ❤️

Update: I'm midway through writing Chapter 42, and I DON'T KNOW HOW TO INTRODUCE YOUNG-MI'S DAUGHTER.
          
          Like... how am I supposed to write something I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED? ༼⁠;⁠´⁠༎ຶ⁠ ۝ ⁠༎ຶ⁠༽
          
          But since I've gotten myself into this, I'm going to figure it out by tonight.
