Hi we can't open the new chapter

Hi readers, hope you are all doing well.
          Since yesterday, I have been facing a problem while uploading my story. I am able to open Wattpad and read other stories, and I can also write drafts of my own stories. However, when I try to publish, it says "try again."
          I have tried several ways, but it is still not working. I have reached the pre-climax of my story, but I am not able to upload it.
          Please give me some time until my issue is sorted out. Once it is resolved, I will upload everything at once.
          If you have any suggestions regarding my problem, please feel free to share.
