mental health is something that you hear a lot about. you hear people talk about anxiety and depression and eating disorders but it’s really difficult to grasp the concept of what living that kind of life is. i have struggled with these issues for years but over time i have learned that it’s ok to need some help sometimes, it’s ok to ask for help and it’s ok to need to a break. it’s important to talk about these issues and raise awareness, because you never know who you could be helping.
