Thank you all for being so patient. I took a little breather :) some of you know I am in heartfailure so sometimes I don’t feel good and it takes a few days to bounce back and get in the writing mind space. Hoping to have something for you this weekend. 
          	
          	For those that can’t stand the book lol it’s completely okay to stop reading it. You don’t have to announce yourselves, we didn’t know you were reading it in the first place so we won’t be devastated when you leave. Silent you came in and silent you go :) 
          	
          	The book is free. I’m literally emailing different apps to get it off so people have access to it for free, but in that same breath the book is free so I owe you nothing hahaha I may move the book to my website which is my handle name just add a dot com I may put updates there first my husband is putting it together for me just trying to slow down the pay by chapter apps :)

          	Also yeast infections and uti’s are awful. 10/10 do not recommend! #perimenopause #comeonovariesWORK
