@ShivamPandit8 , By setting a position, you mean to say How to grow your account and how to garner more reads, votes and comments on your work right? It's very simple... Be truthful, to yourself and others on this Website... There is a very active community here on Wattpad, dive into it and make new friends, read the works you feel are good, Interact with the authors. Don't just go around voting on other people's works and except them to vote in return, you will get some votes like that... but they won't be truthful votes. The secret is to be actively involved in reading on the website and you are sure to meet like minded individuals who will read your works because they found it interesting. :)
As for the second question, There is equal opportunity for all languages, but the site is dominated by English speakers. There is a small community of Hindi Authors and Poets who help each other grow, once you start reading and interacting with them, you will find more and more people who are willing to help each other. :) You just have to keep at it.
