I’ve been having sm trouble sleeping lately idk why. Even when taking 12mg or higher of melatonin I’m still unable to stay asleep throughout the night or sleep in during the morning. Before only 3-6mg of melatonin was needed in order for me to sleep 8-12hrs with no interruptions but now I get like 5hrs of sleep on a good day☠️
