Sorry to spam you but I think it's important. If you've been reading the original novel I started posting chapters for, "The Book of the Dead: AESLI-00," you may not have noticed that I unpublished all but one chapter.

I had a plan, I'd read the documentation about exclusivity, etc., and thought I'd be okay to post it on Wattpad even though it is now for sale on Amazon in the Kindle store. I didn't realize there is separate documentation for the Kindle Unlimited program, which is a service that is necessary for me to build an audience. I had to pull all but 10% of the book from here, which was roughly a chapter.

So the good news is that you can read the whole book if you want! Yay...! It's for sale on Amazon or you can read it free through Kindle Unlimited (and possibly Prime Reading? -- don't know about this one). Bad news is that I had to unpublish it here.

I apologize. I feel like a tease, and the only thing I loathe more than a tease is the undead.

Cute dog! Your comment asking if people would like to scene finished chapters, random scene notes or even some plot outlines - YES .
P.S. I want to write like you when I grow up. *shifting eyes nervously trying to hide the fact that I’m definitely grown up*

Just read Splintered and Severed story, i can say i love how you narrate it and makes it different from other fan fiction. The plot, the humour and intelligent are so well combine. And now we are hoping to know what really happen and to manifest that our beloved ghost Sang deserve her happy ending with 14 worshippers ✨

As someone else who suffers from a chronic illness, I just want to say first off kudos to you. Sometimes it’s hard for me to even want to function but wrangling a teen son waits for no entity so here we are. Back to what I was saying though: you are amazing & I hope all is well. Your stories are some of the best written on WP & Splintered is a “comfort story” for me. I didn’t realise that Severed wasn’t finished until I hit the last chapter & almost died from the shock. Please take your time & if it’s a flare up keeping you down, just know that there’s lots of us out here ( for myself it’s epilepsy, depression & anxiety) who are cheering for you: we’re your own personal cheer squad because you doing this is kicking your chronic illness in the ass & showing it & everyone else that you are not your diagnosis and that you can and will do what you want. Sending you mum hugs from Texas.

I've just finished rereading Splintered and reading Severed for the first time. Referencing the author's notes in some of the last chapters, I just wanted to say that I hope you're doing ok. I've been dealing with the same issues for a long time. In addition, I'm disabled and in chronic pain, so I read about 12 hours a day to get away from my reality, and your Splintered/Severed series is in my top five. You're an amazing author with a lot to offer, whether you ever write another page or not.

You'll never know how much I needed to laugh at Raven's text contact name being Borscht. So thank you. I hope you're doing well.

Will you be continuing Severed?

@marthaclanton I’m considering publishing what I have, which is about 40k words worth of notes and scenes, just to complete it. It won’t be a polished, complete story, there are a number of places where I just have notes describing what I had planned for those sections, but there is quite a few completed scenes/chapters. Including the entire ending. Still considering it.
