im gonna be honest im soooo extremly demotivated at the moment like i overate as well as didnt do proper exercises its like im burning out to that m stuck at a number and idk how to feel abt this. ill try and reset for tomorrow since its late but yeah thought id give a penny

i want to share this since it did seem helpful:
          basically you can say 7 days in a week 1000kcal in a week that adds up to 7000 kcal
           So if you want a on the weekends 1500 kcal instead of normal 1000 in the week you eat less eg. mondays through thursdays only 750kcal.
          Personally and Medically in a calorie deficit you shouldnt be doing this at all but if youre in a higher deficit and on the weekends cannot contain yourselfthis is it.
