The more flaws you point out, the more likely people are to see them.

In that case, think positive thoughts about yourself, and people will see the remarkable beauty you hold inside yourself.

And if you can't think of anything nice to say about yourself, remember : Circumlocution. 

Keep going around and around until you reach your destination.

"I'm not fat. I'm not ugly. I'm not dumb. Ah, yes, I'm fabulous."

But, don't just treat yourself like royalty. Treat others with kindness as well.

After a while, that kindness will be passed back to you, wrapped in a golden box with a fancy red bow.
