hello anyone who’s on here, do any of you have a healthy coping mechanism for emotions? i feel like i’m gonna explode from how many emotions i’m feeling and i don’t wanna relapse, and it’s 8:50 at night, normally i would go outside in the cold for fresh air but i can’t and i’m rambling rn, BUT DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY *HEALTHY* COPING MECHANISMS FOR EMOTIONS
@personthatsded I don't know if this will help but I do it I like close my eyes and listen to music while making a new world where I control it and it can be your favourite tv show world where you in it or your own world and you can change the scenes that happened and add a character to change it idk but I do this or I just take to myself lol and this is known to be healthy just donr do it every day like I do or it will become an addiction I think it's called maladaptive daydreaming and it's a response to trauma and depression look it up hope this helps
