So here's my advice: to keep writing your book and uploading chapters. The reads will come slow in the beginning and that's mostly because people dont like reading books with only 3 or 4 parts. Just try your hardest to update often, make the book for yourself and even if comments are discouraging keep writing. Try to edit your chapters and make sure your grammar and everything is correct, that helps to keep reads up too. Judging from your messaging though, I think you will be fine there.
