so you must be knowing that steph had some serious issues with her health since childhood but after getting treatment she got recovered but after making friends with the F4 she realised she wasn't fully recovered nd some cancer cells were still left so she had to go through the same situation all over again nd all this was hidden by her best friends (f4 group including her maybe boyfriend eathan also) nd in the end she had to leave her school, her friends nd everything she used to do buz she wasn't recovering at all nd was very weak but due to circumstances her grp gets to know abt it nd they leave her bcuz she had hidden it from them so they were disappointed nd didn't contact her for months so she was left all alone in her hardships but on her death bed they come nd ask for forgiveness which she eventually gives after Some time nd the ch ends there but the last ch said that she died nd they all were standing near her grave after 8 years still grieving......but we were given alternative ending also where eathan nd steph got married ...but that was of no use damage was already done, tears were already shed.
