For all the employed people that have left their olds jobs for new ones, how the hell do I go abt it?!?! I have been at my first job since October; but I’m getting 0 hours bc of new employees that are getting the hours? So I’m looking at a new job. Pls help bc what do it do

@winters0ldierr Find the new job, fully get it, make sure you for sure have that position waiting for you and then put your notice in at your old job. I would advise against putting your notice in until you're sure you have the new job to fall back on. For reasoning, just say you were looking at different avenues, your current job isn't suitable for you or fitting well anymore.
