Happy Midsummer, everyone!

Today I'm taking a break to celebrate Midsummer , the day we dance around a flower-covered pole with flowers in our hair, singing "Små grodorna, små grodorna är lustiga att se" ("The little frogs are funny to watch").

After that comes the food. Conveniently, it's the same menu we have for Midsummer, Christmas, and Easter (why make life more complicated than it needs to be, right?) potatoes, herring, shrimp, salmon, meatballs (mostly for the kids), and strawberries with whipped cream. All washed down with snaps, although I'll happily take shots, thank you very much, because snaps are disgusting!

If you're single, tradition says you should pick seven different flowers and place them under your pillow. Supposedly, you'll dream of your future husband or wife.
Or, like most of us when the alcohol starts making questionable decisions seem brilliant, you head outside for some games, because alcohol and competitive outdoor games have provided plenty of memorable moments over the years!

          	Have a wonderful Midsummer!

Hi everyone!
Just a quick heads-up. Chapter 49 of Under Her Gaze is almost finished, and I'm hoping to have it up later tonight or tomorrow morning.
After that, updates might slow down a bit because I'm having shoulder surgery tomorrow. Depending on how I'm feeling afterward and whether the painkillers decide to become my best friends I may not be able to type properly for a little while. Hopefully recovery goes smoothly, but I wanted to let you all know in advance.

Thanks so much for your patience, and I'll be back as soon as I can!

I know many of you are waiting for updates on the stories, and I’m sorry to say you’ll have to wait a little longer.
Lately my brain has gone a bit blank. I have ideas, and I start turning them into chapters, but somewhere around 500–1000 words I either hit a wall or start overthinking everything. Questioning whether what I’ve written is good, relevant, or just turning into a meaningless chapter that doesn’t move the story forward.
It’s frustrating, because the ideas are there, they’re just not flowing onto the page the way I want them to right now.

That said, I’m working on it, and I’ll do my best to get the chapter I’ve started for Under Her Gaze ready this week.

Thank you for your patience, and for sticking with me and these stories. Just hang on a little bit longer

I just posted a tease for the coming chapters on TikTok. Go check it out if you want a hint… or stay here and remain blissfully clueless. Your choice.

Thank you to everyone who’s been reading my story. We’re not a huge crowd, but honestly? I’m just really happy that some of you enjoy it enough to stick around.
