Once again, the update for “The Lies We Tell” was long overdue! So thank you for your patience.
My last couple of chapters have been nearly double the length of the earlier one, which I’ve really been enjoying. However, the extra length has slowed down my posting schedule. I’d love to hear your thoughts: Would you prefer shorter chapters with weekly updates, or longer chapters that come every two-ish weeks?
I greatly appreciate everyone who takes the time to read, vote, & comment. The support means so, so much to me!

@HannahEV12 Omg thank you so much!! Life has been busy lately, but I'm hoping to find more time to write as things settle down again!! I already cleared my whole Saturday for it (hehe). “The Lies We Tell" is a complete AU storyline, but it will have a season 1/ season 2 vibe (hint, hint) where Joel gets the happy ending that he deserves! Like you, I ALSO can't watch that episode in season 2 :’(((

@writtenbyalycia - Heyy, hope you're okay xx I'm absolutely loving The Lies We Tell xx And I love good long chapters, so honestly I'd happily wait the 2 weeks for a longer chapter. Tho I think the more you get used to doing longer chapters, (if you choose to do them), the quicker they'll be published, once you're used to it xx Will you be getting into TLOU storyline/series, after your AU storyline is done??xx And if you do, I'm really hoping you'd keep Joel alive in season 2 ): cause I can't even watch that episode in season 2 haha xx ♡♡
