            Kirosha gave the other male a dissapointed look , as what he always did when he had a conversation like this .  " i know . . "  was all he managed to mutter , giving a small kick to the ground below him as his head tilted down .

°   he was someone who wanted to be a hero but felt as though his quirk wasn't right for that job. so he never went to UA.
            
            he ended up getting himself involved with this group of villains that claim that what they're doing is the right thing , but underneath it he knew it was lies.  he couldn't leave though , he was stuck with this group .  he has helped recruit others and played a role as some torturer when information or something wasn't given.  

°   quirk  :  deoxygenate 
            
            ~   the ability to basically deoxygenate things  — any organism that respires . he can remove the oxygen around someone or in multiple areas to make it where it where they suffocate and possibly die if he takes it too far. 
            
            because of his quirk he is usually seen wearing a gas mask of some sorts. he can't breathe in oxygen like others , otherwise he would suffocate . 
            
            his quirk is good when it comes to quirks with fire or anything around that. because without oxygen around fire can't really be created  .
