Julie Mozart is very uncomfortable writing in third person. But, she does like writing, and so she'll suffer. She started writing 'The Half Glass Girl' at 13, and it is her first novel, but she promises there will be more to come. Julie lives in Canada and is excessively happy living out in the middle of nowhere, near the capital.
