What I do is pretty simple.
1. Guilt trip myself bcuz peeps are waiting
2. Confront Myself at being lazy
Or 3. Read the nice comments and fuel myself emotionally!

i sit and listen to music and i do stuff with my hands, like making things or painting so my brain doesn’t really need to be used. a while ago i had a breakdown because i felt so useless and unmotivated so i started slowly, doing things little by little each day
