On international women’s day let’s take a moment to remember all sexual assault victims and survivors, regardless of gender. 
          
          So many of my friends have had to deal with that kind of trauma. It’s painful to see how they’re struggling with those memories. 
          
          So many actors I look up to have also had to deal with that trauma. Sometimes that lead to substance abuse and in some cases their death. 
          
          This has to stop. I don’t want to hear anymore “boys will be boys” or “a woman couldn’t do something like that” because it happens and it is very fucking real. Ignoring it won’t make it go away. It’s about time we confronted this problem head on. 
          
          I’m sick and tired of this world that we live in. It’s about time we changed it for the better.
