hi im back from my self imposed hiatus for college apps (two weeks left of this bullshit and then i will be DONE) to announce two things:
          
          1) watch do you like brahms its the best thing ever
          2) the next work in this series...whatever it shall become...is the art of racing to the end. i think. depends on what kind of mood i am in after my mit application results come out

@acciomii YEAH YEAH its such a funky little story its actually the first work i ever started. i love writing mysteries a lot. i kind of lost track of where i was going with a lot of the characters and their plotlines so then i just stuck it in the drafts but i think i will come back to it after finishing...whatever this amoeba of a series is evolving into i don't rlly know

hey guys, i've kind of been ia again due to some mistakes i made and needed to reflect upon that have really taken a mental and physical toll on me. i'm not done thinking about it and am not fully resolved, but i will be returning to writing now as my outlet to relieve the literal pressure my body is under.
          
          this side of paradise, coming soon.

i am going to be writing something longer, something more comprehensive on this situation when school is done, when papers are turned in, projects completed, etc. i am not silent out of ignorance, i am silent because i am much more active somewhere else and continually forget this platform.

hi, i know i haven't been active these past few days and that's for several reasons: i've been trying to crank out the end of girasol, but most importantly, i've been hugely active on twitter and instagram these past few days because this current situation is a fight that we ALL need to be involved in as much as we can. i'm so sorry for not letting you guys know about this sooner, and i hope you haven't regarded me as callous for not speaking up - i've just forgotten about this platform because there is so much going on right now and i have not had the time to address you guys the way i should.

          that being said, here's information on what you can do to help. how to educate, how to sign petitions, how to give money, what to do even if you can't give money. i hope you stay safe these next few days but also, to my whites and non-black pocs, do your part in confronting the racism at home and in your communities beyond just raising awareness on social media. be active rather than performative. i will be releasing a better, more properly worded statement after this last chapter of girasol tonight. i refuse to stop writing because i hope my writing gives you comfort as we continue to fight the injustice in this world.
