welcome to my little corner of the internet - where random thoughts turn into stories, fictional characters somehow become real people to me, and I always end up writing at 3am.
you might be wondering about the name.
yugend comes from yūgen (幽玄), a Japanese concept connected to a kind of beauty that's subtle, mysterious, and not always easy to explain.
I added the d because... well, I liked the way it sounded. And maybe because every story needs an ending.
I guess that's also one of the reasons I like writing. Sometimes it's easier to write about something than to actually explain it.
I'm also a huge lover of the sky. Literally all of it. Blue skies, cloudy days, sunsets, pink clouds, thunderstorms, stars... I could probably stare at the sky for way too long and call it a hobby.
A lot of my ideas come from little things.
A song, a random thought before falling asleep, a place I've seen once, a feeling I can't quite put into words. Sometimes one tiny idea turns into an entire story before I even realise what happened.
And no, I don't always know where my stories are going when I start them.
Sometimes I have a plan.
Sometimes I think I have a plan.
Sometimes my characters apparently have their own.
Either way, there's probably coffee involved.
So if you found your way here, hi. Stay for a chapter or two, get attached to a fictional character, judge my questionable decisions, and maybe find a story you'll want to come back to.
I'm still figuring things out too.
