Hi guys, I am still here and breathing. I was still a bit shaken after the whole ordeal with me getting lithium poisoning, but algumdullilah, I was taken of it for good. 
          
          I have started working on the next chapters of You're Mine and Winter Is Coming, and hopefully, I will be able to update soon.

Hi all
          
          As some of you know, I'm bipolar so I'm on lithium 750 mg in the morning and 750 mg in the evening. 
          
           While I was in the clinic for my mental health, I  started to experience physical symptoms.
          Nausea,  dizziness ,and unsteadiness. I was shaking and getting headaches. I just felt awful. I thought it was because of my anxiety being extremely high, which cause these symptoms. I should've known better.
          
          I told my doctor, so we did some blood tests. When it came back, the lithium levels in my body were extremely high, and I was immediately transported to high care, where they flushed it from my body via an iv. 
          
          While they were doing that, they somehow flushed my potassium as well and had to put me on an iv to build it up again. 
          
          I'm still recovering, but I'm doing so much better and have been discharged from the hospital. 
          
          I just wanted to let you guys know and tell you that I appreciate your patience with me.
