well i wrote a fan fiction with over 1M readers on my other account and i can say that it has been really fun writing it while knowing that there is a ton for people reading your work and supporting you!
i think that writing fanfiction would definitely motivate a lot of new writers especially if they are writing a a fanfiction from a movie/series that they really like. i know that some people are saying g how fanfictions are real writing works and im sure that that’s also stopping a lot of people from writing fanfictions as they are scared that people will judge them for that
