@rainbowxskies yes, it's a story about how the main character falls in love in college and they get married young. They drift apart and then reconcile years later. It's basically a second chance romance.

          Hope you are doing well ! 
          
          I saw your profile and literally found amazing books to read, I can’t wait to read some them soon.
          
          I really need a help to find this one book. I read it while back and want to read it again. It was a Muslim story.
          
          a political background, the girl and guy both came from political families from town area and they met in university and fell in love. But in the girls family love marriage wasn't allowed.  Her cousins loved a guy and he was killed infront of her eyes. 
          
          They got married and the family got to know about it and held the girl hostage. The guy came up with the idea that only way to get out of the situation was if she is pregnant. He would meet her every night secretly through the window. But she was taking pills initially and then stopped. The guy came to see he her one day he found the pills and they had a argument, 
          
          The girls dad tried to get her married off to someone else but she told us pregnant infront of the guest. 
          
          The girls sister informs the guy about it and he come to save her and also he has also got some seat in the area so more powerful.
          
          It’s vague description but I really want to re-read the story
