the sneak peak

this is just the beginning of the chapter i was a little in decisive on what i wanted to include on the sneak peak so i just gave you this lol.

Sitting on the blight couch having my face patched up my amity's sister is not how I wanted to spend my afternoon. My afternoon was planned to be filled with more violence. 'Amity's admirers aren't gonna stop themselves.'

"Alright I'm finished, try not to pull the stitches out luz." emira says. I laugh it off.

"So are you going to answer my question."

"What question?" I ask avoiding looking into emiras eyes.

She grabs my shoulders and starts shaking me yelling her frustrations in my face. I panic and grab her elbow pulling her down and grabbing her scruff.

"Chill ill answer the damn question jesus you are a pain." I grunted out.

" I can sense when someone in my pack is distressed. I'm an alpha. I have to know what goes on in my pack at all times. I just so happened to sense yalls frustrations but attacking as soon as i got there would have gotten yall killed. They had others hiding in the forest should I have attacked while they were interrogating you. I had to take them out first. Really those werewolf hunters should hire better reinforcements. I mean everyone of them were cowards."

"Those were werewolf hunters?" Emira asked.

"No but the guys in the forest were the others were belos's special task force he knows i've been watching him trying to get ahead on his big scam that costed me my life." I said before yawning. Amity sighed, grabbing my wrist and dragging me upstairs.

She pushed me onto her bed giving me a signal to wait before disappearing and coming back with a mens t shirt and boxers.
