"Nari? Nari?! We're gonna be late hurry upppp," Donghyuck was pacing back and forth, telling Nari to hurry up. "We still have so much time to-"
"I know but we can't be late, please can we go."

Nari started walking down the stairs to see Donghyucks pouting face, "We're going to get there really early you know that right?" Donghyuck nodded, "Okay then, let's go."

She smiled as she saw her husband run out towards the car, "My god this man is 26 and he still acts like this." She chuckled to herself grabbing the keys walking towards the car, she can't believe it's finally happening.

They finally pulled up to the big building, seeing the huge sign,

Happy hills orphanage and adoption center

Nari parked the car and looked towards Donghyuck, her smile fading, "Hyuck are you okay?" She grabbed his shaking hands as he slowly shook his head, "What's wrong?"

She looked at him, rubbing his knuckles waiting for him to talk. She's known him long enough to know that nothing good comes from pressuring him to speak.

?W-What if I'm not a good dad?" His voice was barely audible as Nari's face softened,"Sunshine..."

"What if I turn out to be like my parents? What happens if I'm terrible at being a father?" His shoulder slumped at he got quieter, "What if she hates me Nari?"

He slowly looked towards Nari's direction as she started talking, "Hey don't talk like that, the kid is going to love you. You are such an amazing person Hyuck and I never want to hear you compare yourself to your terrible father. This will be hard for both of us, but we are in this together okay? We'll figure it out," Her hand made its way up to his cheek, gently caressing it, "I love you okay, and I know you're going to love our kid with your whole heart and more,"

A smile started to grow on his face, "Our kid, she's our kid,"

The smile on his face grew even more, "I love you so much Nari,"

"I love you to Hyuck." The grin never dropped from his face as he lent in and placed a delicate kiss on Nari's lips, "Now let's go get our kid."

"You two must be Lee Donghyuck and Lee Nari?" They both nodded excitedly as the receptionist chuckled, "I'm glad you guys are excited, I'm sure Minjee will love you, she's a real sweetheart." The two smiled even more, "Because you've already done all the paperwork and have passed the screening process you are free to go into the room on my left and wait for Minjee to come down."

"Of course, thank you so much." They both gave a smile as Donghyuck grabbed Nari's hand and lead them to the room, sitting down on one of the chairs, "We've got this Nari, we're going to be amazing parents."

"We sure are hyuck, and I know it." She looked at him as his leg bounced nervously, thinking about how they made it this far.

Their amazing wedding
Donghyucks hands couldn't stay still as he waited for the love of his life, "Yo what if she doesn't come?" He turned to his groomsmen and they laughed, "Don't worry hyuck, she loves you"

He looked at Jaemin, "Are you sure that-"

"Hyuck," Mark put a hand on his shoulder trying to get him to relax, "You'll be fine, I promise." Donghyuck nodded, "It's okay, just try to stop being so nervous."

Donghyucks face deadpanned as he looked at Chenle, "Stop being so nervous? Says the guy who chickened out of asking his date to my wedding," Chenle's eyes widened, What? She's here!"
