After what felt like forever the final bell rang. Donghyuck was so excited to go home as he was tried and cranky from all the attention he got today. He started to walk until his phone dinged.

No more questions now start walking"Ugh," He sighed and started walking the opposite way, "Donghyuck!" He turned around even more annoyed than he already was. "What."
"Oh okay, you're in a bad mood, never mind." Jisung put his hands up and backed away. "Tell the guys not to follow me." Donghyuck turned around, not listening to whatever else Jisung had to say.
Eventually he got to the cafe and saw Nari sitting down. He took a deep breath and walked over. "Hey,"
She looked up and smiled, "Hey Donghyuck."
The man nodded, sitting down. "So." They looked at each other awkwardly, before Nari sighed. "Ok, you need to stop acting like this or it's going to make this really hard."
Donghyuck looked down immediately, "sorry."
Just then a waiter came and gave the two iced coffee, Donghyuck assuming that she already ordered for them, "Thank you."
The waiter nodded and walked away. After some more silence Donghyuck looked around and realized most people were looking at them. "Everyone's looking at us."
She nodded like it was nothing, "You get used to it eventually." She smiled, but there was something behind it, Donghyuck just couldn't tell what.
"Tell me about yourself,"
"Umm, well I'm not very interesting." Donghyuck laughed, "I like to sing and I'm thinking of going into something around criminology."
Her eyes lit up as soon as Donghyuck mentioned that. "Really? That's so cool! I've always wanted to do that to."
He looked at her confused, "Then why didn't you become one?"
"Well I— it's not important, anyway, you got anything else interesting to tell me?"
"Well," The two actually talked for a while, well it was mostly Donghyuck talking but it wasn't that bad. "Speaking of family, do you have any siblings."
Donghyuck's smile immediately dropped, "I guess so," He raked his hands through his hair trying to change the subject.
She looked at him with a puzzled expression, "I guess so? How do you not know if-"
"It's not important. I'm going to the bathroom." He set down his coffee and walked to the washroom.
Donghyuck just left to the bathroom leaving Nari sitting there confused.
He looked so angry when Nari mentioned family, she sat there trying to figure out if she said anything wrong. She was left in her thoughts until he came back, the same emotionless expression still on his face.
"Can I go now, I have a lot of homework to do."
She was confused but eventually nodded. She waved as he walked away not caring about all the eyes on him.
He got home and went inside, immediately going to his room. "Hey honey— what's wrong?" She was answered by a slammed door.
Donghyuck was sitting on his bed trying to distract himself from his thoughts. "Siblings." He shook his head bitterly trying to keep the tears from coming, failing as one tear fell from his eyes. "I don't have one and I never fucking will."
His voice so angry, but his heart aching, while tears slowly fell down his cheeks.
