It started a typical day. It did, but then I died, but enough about those boring details. A little about myself: my name is Rica Andrewson. I lived in the orphanage since I was 5. I am a 13-year-old girl with dull brown hair and eyes. Average build not skinny but not plump. I am in 8th grade and have one friend.
Her name is Kara Lana. Half British Half chinse incredibly pretty, smart, and kind. I am kind of like her friend A. There to support her through everything. Don't get me wrong; I adore her. I just kind of wished I could have my own adventure.
I was reading my manga when it happened. Kara and I were walking back to that dingy orphanage where we would retire for the night. I was reading the manga One-Piece. I just finished the chapter, and I was burning mad; Ace dead and White Beard dead that is bull.
I was so mad I threw the manga on the road. As I looked at it and went to pick it up, I heard a truck. I looked and saw Kara not looking where she was going listening to classical music like the piano and violin prodigy she is. The truck was coming right at her. It was like someone took control of my body. I pushed her out of the way of the truck, and then nothing.
It was dark, but so bright it hurt my eyes. It was cold but not uncomfortable. I don't know how long I stayed like that unit. A bright flash of white light appeared.
Then I appeared in a room with a chubby angle sitting on a couch looking at me. Don't ask how I knew he was an angel. I can't unsee.
